I don't mean appointees like Rice and Powell, they're just Tokens. Rich White Republicans traditionally do not endorse Blacks as Leaders! They usually just lump the Blacks, Gays, and the Impoverished people together as the problem in America. I'm not being racist, sexist, or snobbish here. This is just a very realistic political perspective that has years of American History to support it.
