I am designing a cancer website, How do I get people to read it? I thought about the paid submission to search engines and heard that they are a rip off. Please take a look at the site and let me know what you think. http://www.mrchecker.com

- Change the picture to a logo or something simple. Pick a lighter, neutral, easier on the eyes, back ground color. Use more subheadings and list them in a program bar or at the top of the page. Check the key words, these will get your site listed. Use at least 8 words or 2 word phrases, with commas, check the spellings. Example: cancer, foot cancer, toe cancer, heel cancer, plantar, ankle ....... Use all the key words in the first two lines of text. Use a key word in an alt tag for your image, if it comes near the beginning. Sites are listed high without any sort of fees by careful keywords and first content. Good luck.
