Would Codaleeza Rice make a good president?

Given that Sen. McCain is considering putting her a heartbeat away. Please watch the following clips of Dr. Rice before answering. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ypn_-IMPoIY http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N7fQcQdMoxo Is this the level of integrity we need in the White House, especialy after eight years of Bush?

Public Comments

  1. No.
  2. No, Rice would be like McCain the more of the same.
  3. Hee hee hee...oh, man, I SO hope McCain picks her to be his VP. That would just seal his fate as the loser, loser, loser.
  4. I think it could be possible... I think she does her job well.
  5. No. She is intelligent, extremely self confident, and extremely stubborn, she simply won't listen to advisors
  6. no
  7. Ja! Guten
  8. There are a lot of things about Rice that I like; however with that being said, I think she was a poor National Security Advisor and dropped the ball with all the pre-9/11 warnings. Now she has a choice and could potentially throw Bush under the bus by saying he dropped the ball, but I doubt she would do that. After all, Ms. Rice does have integrity.
  9. I can't watch the clips because of my old PC, but Condi is a flinky not a politician. Why would she make a good president. Still I would vote for her because she is a woman.
  10. Only if you're not Jewish. (She's anti-semetic)
  11. I would think that everyone could be really happy about Condoleeza, representing women and minorities all in one!
  12. She is the female GWB... maybe they even had an affair , who knows?
  13. why the hell would you let someone whose inaction brought about 9/11 ever get anywhere the hell near the Oval Office?
  14. OMG, NO, she is another Oil millionaire.
  15. the woman can't stop herself from lying. Either that or she is incredibly stupid in some ways. If she is mccains running mate I will really work for the democratic nominee, whoever it is.
  16. No...No I don't think so. I would rather spend a week in the agony booth rather than vote for her.
  17. Condi Rice is a foreign policy expert... especially on Russia, a language she is fluent in. Under Bush, she also became an expert on Middle East politics ( if you can call it that), and has spent more time there than Bush. But..that's it. She is no economic or healthcare or gun control or immigration or education advisory. What Condi does , she does well. But her expertise is not inclusive. Of course, that being said... neither is that of the three left running for the Presidency.
  18. She might, but she's not a good political choice for VP. She's too closely tied to most unpopular aspects of the Bush Administration - and she'd look like an attempt at tokenism, at this late date, anyway.
  19. IF John MCCain picks Rice as his VP he will lose in november. Then the "more of the same" argument will stick like glue.
  20. NO-- A repeat of Bush....
