I got Choked by ate rice and went to see dr and said i am fine but my middle chest is kinda of hard to breath?

Sometime in middle of my chest breath alittle hard and what can i do?

1. drink water to maybe wash it down? or go back to the doctor?
2. you could have aspirated a grain or two or more of rice into your lungs. Get a chest x-ray done and also get your doctor to listen to your lungs. But im sure he has already done this... maybe see him again and ask for another chest x ray because you are having difficulty breathing.
3. If you get worse go back. You can get pnuemonia from having foriegn objects in the lungs. There is a chancve that you just pulled something while choking.
